i walked to the kitchen door because it looks out to the backyard and i was looking for my dad. i see this man with the same physique as my dad, but i wasn’t wearing my glasses and his face was blurry. i automatically assumed it was him because who else would it be anyway? so i was like: “Dad.” and the man comes closer and his face becomes clearer and i’m like: “shit, that’s not my dad.”

IT WAS THE GUY WORKING ON OUR BACKYARD AND I CALLED HIM DAD. HAHAAHAHA. omfg. i should’ve known he would be working on it today.

lesson learned. after that embarrassing moment, i hurried to my room, slammed my glasses on and repeatedly face-palmed myself.

do you ever get so curious that you look up the plot of the book/tv series you’re reading/watching knowing that you’ll probably stumble upon a spoiler sooner or later and then you actually read a spoiler and your heart stops beating for a few seconds and it’s like the world is shattering around you but then you say to yourself “i’ve started, might as well continue” and then in a daze, you torture yourself by reading more while you pretty much feel the life drain out of you one spoiler at a time, especially if it’s a book/tv series that you’re very attached to?

just me?

ok.
